A collection agency who harass relatives and it is very very rude and lies saying that it is a federal lawsuit, bankruptcy won't help.  What liars they are.

This number called me left a message that thier clerk was preparing documents to be delivered to my address that had to be signed and for me to call for further info. I call and they call themselves  B.M. group litigations. . He claimed that they review and prepare documents for court for various high scale clients ,to boost the chances for success in court  . Then he states that there is a legal action being taken against someone who I havent seen in 8 years and I was  listed  as thier  brother  and for me to sign and represent them in court.  HAAAA!!!!!!  good try!! I told him to stop harrassing me and I have nothing to do with the named party ,  nor do i have any!! legal obligation to do  anything they  say. further more the message that was left came across as if it was me that was involved in some legal process therefore having me suffer through emotional distress and further more , they are engaging in deceptive bussiness practices , a recipe for a lawsuit . I have everything recorded and may make a video for Youtube. not to mention maybe contacting the Attorny General's Office ,Dept. of Bussiness Regulations. Or  a Class Action ,and filing in my state  would not be financially  pleasant  for them to  defend

They called my moms work and the front office got a call saying LA county needs to service her papers. THEY had the wrong address to her work. The office told the lady they can not come to her job. They didn't have our number or address. They never called here or sent out letters. They are scamers and LA county would have our address and phone number. Don't fall into their trap. my mom came home stressed saying BLM Law Group called her and I right away looked this group up nothing came up on them. Then looked up the number this all came up. If we get one more call from these ppl I am calling the cops for a report.

if you know its a collection agency instead of bitching on here. why dont you pay your debt. your the reason why our economy is so [***] up thanks to debtors like you.

First received a call at work that showed up as "process server" on caller Id.
The man on the phone said he was trying to confirm my address so he could serve me with papers because I was being sued.  He then gave me a phone number to the attorneys office that was suing me.  I called the number and provided the case # the process server gave to me earlier.  The guy at the attorneys office said he was impartial and that he was trying to help me because the court date was set for tomorrow and if it goes to court i will incure 3-5 thousand in attorneys fees on top of the debt i owe  but if I made an offer towards the balance he would show it to the attorneys that work upstairs from him. I was coached on what they would accept and urged to pay more than what I said my original offer was.  So I did. He put me on a brief hold and said he was going up to show them the offer. When he returned he said he had bad news, they didn't accept it.  But in the middle of him telling me this he got a call on the other line, they accepted my offer of 1600!  Good news he says!  I give my card info and pay.  Later that night I did some research and found out they are scamming other people in the same fashion. I immediately put a hold on my card but the money still left my account 3 days later.  I filed a dispute with my bank and attached links to other blogs of people who also had received calls from this place.  2 weeks later I got my money back.  These people are slime balls and they have all of your personal info.  They are not an attorneys office and you are not being sued. Unbelievable.  That's my story. Don't let them get you.                    -Chris
