- Larry Frew| 1 replyOrdered flowers to be delivered to my wife to be delivered on her birthday. flowers never were delivered but $77 dollars were charged to my bank card twice! I called the flower company (FlowerDeliveryExpress) phone number 888.851.2881.
No help, was told to call back tomorrow. I did call back and was eventually routed to a voice mail where I was asked to leave my e-mail.
I cannot talk to any one and have my two charges deleted. It is a very unscrupulous company.... And very frustrating! - Sigrid LongOrdered a Fruit Basket to be delivered to a ill friend, and it was not delivered. Called Credit Card Company and received a phone number from a florist in Mass. The checked their computer and the had no record of an order from me, Flowers Delivery Express gets the money and lists random businesses as the reciepient of the funds. Its a front company that is robbing people who shop on the internet.

- Scott Heatherly| 1 replySame as others. Charged me $71 for a $29 item I ordered. Not delivered. Called and was sent to dead end voice mail. They are a Rip Off.
Do not use these Crooks. They are unscrupulous. - TelcoKitty replies to Larry FrewLarry, it's odd that your bank or credit card company would not let you do a "chargeback" to this vendor, as they obviously did not provide the service you paid (twice!) for.
At this point it's possible you could consider the charges fraud or a bad debt that you can write off on your 2015 taxes, because banks usually ignore any fraud notifications older than 90 days. Though they will come after people years later if they think you owe THEM money. Go figure. - TelcoKitty replies to Scott Heatherly
- Anonym| 1 replyFlowers Delivery Express... Never heard of them. Never called them. They stole my credit card # from somewhere and EMPTIED my bank account. These people are THIEVES. They need to be stopped.
- Tamianth replies to AnonymI recommend filing a fraud dispute with your bank or CC holder and also filing reports with the FTC & CFPB..

Jan 26, 2016..For my father-in-laws funeral...They said it would be delivered on Wed. 1/27/2016 Ha. that didn't happen. So They said it would be delivered on 1/28/2015 because they couldn't find a flower shop near Gravette, ar. So it would be delivered on Fri 1/29/2016. I called them again at 8:00 p.m. pst. Because they STILL weren't delivered..HAHA they said it was still enroute...Tried talking to some of the order people you could talk to but NOT customer service. Even got hung up on once...So, don't go with these people if you want flowers delivered.
- Susan LambornSaid they needed verification of delivery address because they were unable to find it. Told them the address was right, but they were trying to deliver it to the wrong city. Don't worry they said it will get delivered tomorrow. I called next day to see if they were delivered yet, the man told me they were at the delivery hub and would be delivered today. Couldn't give me an exact time. So no delivery yet, called again and was told this time that the plant I paid for wasn't available so they were substituting with a like plant of same value. They were going to give me a credit of $10 and a $100 in store credit for the mix up. My brother contacted the florists in his town they said they didn't have an order. There was one but the plant they wanted him to deliver was not even close to the one I ordered so he refused to deliver it. The FD EXPRESS was supposed to contact me. Haven't heard from them yet.

- JaneI wish people would realize that even though it is convenient to order flowers on the computer these people are nothing but order gatherers. They charge you per say $75.00 for what you think is a flower arrangement, they give the florist maybe about $40.00 of that to make this big beautiful arrangement you saw online. There is no way it can be done. If you Google the city that you want to send flowers to someone in, usually the first 5 or 6 flower shops that come up are order gatherers. It is ok to look at pictures online, write down names and numbers of the arrangement you like, but PLEASE call the Florist direct. Call city hall, police department, funeral home to find out if there is a florist in that city or town.

- SandyI called to have a beautiful arrangement sent to my Mother in law..They didn't send the flowers that I requested..They sent weeds..The flower's were not sent by a local Florist either..When I called to get a re-fund..They said they couldn't do that because they have a signature from my mother in law..Funny thing is, my mother in law is handicap. She can't write her name. I told him that too. Long story short, He wanted to give me a store credit of 150.00. I said no, please just refund me my money..He came back with "out of the 65.00 you spent, I can give you a refund of 10.00. I took it..NEVER< EVER again..
