- Chris| 1 replyOMG...........us too. We are actually in the process of being processed/scammed. Glad I found this site. They are promising the same as everyone else using the 888-851-3797 phone # and saying there is a $2,250.00 fee for atty, closing, title transfer, blah blah blah. The first call we got was about them having buyers for our timeshare. I asked at what cost to us. They said no cost up front. Hmmmm.
Is there such a thing as a legit company to get us out of our timeshare?
I'm disappointed, they did sound for real, shame on them.
If its too good to be true it usually is. : ~ (- Caller: Resort Sales Group
- What comes around will go around| 1 replyWow! Just got the call and had the same promises made to us. My girl was Daniel Brayen 888-851-3797 ext. 113. She was very pleasant and made all the same promises. We went online to find out the buzz about this company and found this site. It did sound too good to be true! We have at least rented ours out through sell mytimesharenow.com as we have it listed for sale.

- CreditCard replies to lynn| 1 replyyou should try to contact your credit card company and dispute the charge -- based on the fact that they lied to you about the location of their offices and having someone in their office (since the UPS store wouldn't allow that to happen) and the fact that they are in FL.
- Yeah, right replies to FINALLY HAPPY| 1 replyHas to be an employee of Resort Sales Group, aka the company based out of the UPS store in SC. Typing in all CAPS gave them away.
- CherylI just got a call today and from 1-888-851-3797 ext 120 from Tina Reed said that there are no up front fees like other timeshare sales people ask for but when she explained the legal title that could go to closing in 48 hours and had people ready to buy but I had to push it through with the fees, that sounds like up front fees to me. If I ever sale my timeshare the fees will come out of the sell of my property at closing that is how it is done at closing and not before. This other lady is suppose to call me back tomorrow and I will be ready to let her have it since I found this site. I am a real estate agent and all monies are done at closing, so don't give anyone your credit card info ever, especially someone who calls with the info that you want to sell your timeshare. I asked how did you get my number and she said someone that owns at Bentcreek called them, well they can call me themselves and I will set up the financing for them if that is what they need as I have lots of companies to send them to for pre-approval.

- Nanzy replies to FINALLY HAPPY| 1 replyHi folks - I've been contacted by RSG in Bluffton, SC as well and have not yet taken any action. If anyone other than "finally happy" has something positive to say, please post as such.
Thanks! - nanzy replies to Yeah, rightagreed! I was contacted by them yesterday and someone by the name of Christine Mitchell, supposedly a supervisor was incredibly rude and hung up on me. The other woman I've been dealing with gives her name as Emily and has been friendly, but unable to convince me that this is legit. If someone has had a positive experience, please do post.
Happy New Year and good luck to everyone in finding a win/win solution!
Nancy - Double DI received an unsolicited call from 1-888-851-3797 ext 6 brenda Johnson. She left a message representing herself with Time Share Services and said she had a buyer interested in my timeshare week. My home number is unlisted and we are on the no-call list. - GeorgeSame story. Kristen Kelly is the agent.
Glad I found this site before foring over the CC#.
Thanks- Call type: Telemarketer
- GeorgeThe saga comes to an end for me.
Ms. Kelly called back twice to advise she had a buyer but needed a CC# to cover the $2250 in fees.
When she was asked about her earlier assertions (at least 2) that the buyer would cover all fees she became evasive and impatient.
Both calls were taken by my spouse who at first advised her that we needed to consult, then on the second call Kristen asked "are you gonna' run your mouth or listen to me"?
My wife terminated the call with predudice!!!
In my opinion if you receive a call from this outfit, change your phone #.
