they are a law firm... theyre process server told me to call but i ignored and they served me at work

I got a call for this too, not sure how they got my number. They left a message threatening being served at work or at home, but have no idea what it's about.

I'm getting harassing calls from this number and this number 901-922-6530, threatening me with serving me at my job. My email is cyborgman@netscape.com, my phone# 901-569-2913.

They have called me too but for charges I know nothing about

They call ever body you know and wont stop calling them even when you are filing bankrupty.

I got a phone call from this number at work today. When I called I got a recording saying "thank you for calling Nationwide" and to enter the extension of the party I was calling or stay on line for an operator. The man who called said his name was David Miller.

A CURTIS WALKER called my cell and work phone from 817-840-3490 stating there were charges and a claim filed against me and that I have one chance to call the firm handling my case at 1-888-851-5952.

I got the same message and at the end it says i have officially been notified. Is this a new scam? Does anyone know what they want?

I've gotten this too.  It's a new tactic used by collections agencies.  They use scare tactics to get you to call the number so they can get you to set up some kind of payment of whatever debt they're trying to collect on.  It's actually illegal under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, they cannot lie and misrepresent themselves like that.  Next time they call, make sure to report this to your local police.
