This is a debt collector.  They called on my cell phone, which I did not answer, and then I blocked out caller ID on my landline and called them back.

They were looking for someone else and I told them they were not at my number and to remove my number from their records immediately.  We'll see if this works.

I don't know how these idiots got my prepaid cell phone number, but they keep calling and calling.  When I call back, it rings a few times then goes to a fast busy as if it is out of service.  I think they should be targeted as terrorists, because it is terrorizing me, and I am sure others as well.

Yeah, in Texas, something about help from the Federal Government. Probably tea-baggers. Then if you call back, a message says there is no such number. I give out my cell number to no one, so where did they get it?

Did you tell them your phone number even though you purposefully blocked it out? Otherwise, they wouldn't have know who called them
