- gutrodFather got a pop up message to call them - they are a scam. Had to contact Microsoft Technical Support (the real one) so they could reset his computer because they asked him for all his information. He gave it all to them thinking they were actually Microsoft. Gained remote access and downloaded malware. DO NOT TRUST.

- Mrs. PThis is one of the "Microsoft" SCAM calls. Thankfully I didn't get hit, but one of my coworkers did. This is the number they gave us to call back. After my coworker did give his credit card info, he told us what happened. We had our IT dept fix it. Right away, network technologies called back to speak with him. The number on the caller ID was 916-226-1077.

- Katie replies to BustyIt is not Microsoft. They show fake Microsoft logos and authorizations. The toll free call gets routed to New Delhi, India. They buy scary virus like pop-up ads with toll free number. When you dial that toll free number, the call goes to India The show you fake HACKERS and viruses and extract money.. They have a fake retail store front in Berkeley, California called Sukam Copy and Print. on University Ave. Sometimes hey lock our PC remotely (syskey) and demand ransom. They tell you they are Microsoft.(All FAKE)
