trying to get thru to this number but am left on hold for 30 to 45 mins. at a time.. nobody ever answers

I have a charge on my checking account that has this number as a business but I am not able to talk to a person.  It says it's PWL dietspray.

This is a company that sells Green Coffee Extract, among other products... They offer a 14 day trial of their products, if you do not cancel and return the product before the 14 days is up, you start getting a monthly charge and monthly shipments of the product you ordered... I noticed the charge on my account yesterday, called today, was on hold for about 20 minutes and then got the issue cleared up... I do, however, have to pay the return postage... Better than the $79.97 I was charged... Here is another phone number to the company: 888-431-1735

Thank you very much.  I had been using the phone on my checking account for two days, finally someone answered this morning said to call back and hung up.  Tried the number you suggested, 888-431-1735, it right through and in a matter of seconds my problem was resolved.  Thanks again

I called the 888-431-1735 like suggested in your post.  I was able to get them to refund the one charge of 79.97 but they would not refund the other charge of 84.92.  I was able to talk with the supervisor "max" who told me I couldn't get both refunds back.  After a "professional"conversation, max told me he would refund me another 55 but not the total of 79.97 if I didn't dispute the remaining balance.  I canceled this account when I was charged the first time but he said I didn't.  When asked for the transcripts of the call, max said they don't keep those but only have notes left into the computer.  What a bunch of crooks,  good luck and thanks for the phone information.

like all of you posters the same thing happened to me.  I couldn't get in touch with anyone.  I was finally able to cancel orders via the phone number 888-431-1735, thank you KRodgers for providing it to us.
I called my bank as well and they suggested I get a new bank card to be on the safe side.  If they don't answer to the BBB why would they adhere to my request.  The thing that really irritates me is that I ordered
the products off a Dr. Oz website, or they used his name, not really sure.  But the video was surely Dr. Oz
explaining the products.   I read the fine print about my card being charged if I don't cancel with the time limit but I did cancel within the time limit.  Always follow up on these things, wish I had because now I am out
over $160.

Same thing just happened to me.  Ordered the free trial off Dr Oz.  Stuff made me sick so I cancelled account.  Got email confirmation stating account was cancelled on 4/10.  Rec'd another charge for $62.97 4/14 so I called to re-confirm acct was cancelled.  Guy I spoke with says yes and he is refunding me the $.  Got another charge for $74.92 5/14, and notice 4/14 chg not credited.  I call, speak to 3 diff ppl, then guy named "Max" who is supposedly the mgr and he says he cannot refund me anymore $ even though I have never rec'd anymore product since free trial!  HELP!!!! I have disputed these with my credit card company and they are going to try to get them cancelled, but that could take up to a month.  I want these chgs gone now.  What do i do???
