I received a spam message containing the above number.
As well as getting my name wrong, I received no such letter:

Got the exact same e-mail as the previous poster.  Obvious lies so you know this is a true scammer wanting to steal your personal information.  Same phone number to contact - 888 861-2664

Same message in my inbox today, with same phone number. Only they called themselves:
"The Credit Card Relief Program", not a Christian organization. I am to "call by 6pm(EST)" or I lose out. (Uh huh). Mine was signed a "Glori Rodwell"

I also received a spam message containing the above number as a contact.
They also got my name wrong. E-mail spam message was as follows:

Hi it’s Patricia with the Financial Hardship Department. Have you talked to an assigned agent regarding our Financial Hardship Program? I do see that you’re approved for Hardship Elimination. So what I’m going to do is keep this in a pending status. And If you have about five minutes today go ahead and give me a call so we can go over the details. My number is: 888‎-8‎61‎-266‎4, Thank You, Patricia Jose
