I got a voicemail from this number, and it seems suspicious due to the vague information that was given

some man clled and asked if there will be smeone home all day because they need to deliver soe legal papers but did not say for who or from who.they probly want to know if someone will so they can break in if no one wil be at home

I have been receiving calls from these people for the past two months. They have my phone number, i have no clue how they got it. They leave messages for a "Stacy Anderson" and an address. They say they need to confirm my info before the paperwork gets sent out to the clerk. My name is NOT Stacy Anderson and every address they say she lives at, i have never heard of. I have asked them numerous times to take my phone number off their list, but they keep calling for Stacy Anderson. I have no clue what they want from her.

They said I have to pay this outstanding debt which is 4x the amount reflecting in my cbr. If I don't pay, it would be a judgment on my cbr.

his is a scam so dont fall for it! Mathew Miller left a message for me to call. I called & they threatened to garnish my wages if i did not pay them 3x what i owed. I was freaking out so i gave them $25 to secure a  payment plan till i could come up with the rest. Then i got to wondering if i had been scammed. I called them back & Mathew Miller answered and promptly transfered me to some [***]. I asked her to fax me a copy of the paper work they had or a judgement and the [***] said" i could not have it ( that is illegal, if they have paperwork or a judgement they have to give it to you by law) She said she was going to fax the paperwork to my employer to garnish my wages if i did not pay. (Also illegal. They can not fax a wage garnishment to your employer, It has to be served in person and there has to be a judgement by a court against you) You can look online to see if there are any judgements against you on your local government court website. After learning all the illegal things they were doing i called back & Mathew Miller said I'm no longer authorized to discuss your case. I said is that because you know I'm on to you and your scam? he started yelling and i said you are not getting a dime out of me and will be talking to my lawyer and i hung up on him! I looked at my bank account online and the $25 payment that was pending had suddenly disappeared. I thought that was pretty funny they knew i had caught them. I called my bank and ordered a new debit card because they had the card # just to be sure they did not try to run it in the future. My bank was going to dispute the $25 charge anyways so its good they dropped it. This is the company info i think they change there phone # from time to time.

I keep getting calls from someone telling me the same thing. That they need my address to deliver a package. Yet, when i call them back, they cant seem to hear me. they say hello a couple times and hang up. I don't know what this is about but they keep trying to verify my address to "deliver a package" then they finally told me it was a summons. I was suspicious of these people from the start. I will NOT give them my address and thank all yall for your comments. It just verified what i thought all along, a scam!
