888-877-7603

I got a call from 763-274-3899, they left a message that I needed to call 888-877-7603 to answer some question on my application I submitted to them. They claimed to be United Health Services and needed some information to complete my application. They were looking for my social security number.

I also got a couple of calls from this number 888-877-7603, who left a message saying that they were calling from United Health Care and had received an application on my behalf and needed more information, however, I didn't call them back because I felt that it might be a scam since I already called Medicare to switch me over.

They wanted my membership number

They called and wanted my date of birth.  They also wanted my medicare number.  I told them I would call them back.  Within 3 minutes they called again and wanted more information in order to give me some information.  I told them I couldn't talk and would have to call them back.  I'm not calling them back.

I applied for United Health Care Medicare Advantage plan a few days ago and got this call from "Tasha". However, the 888-777-7603 toll-free number does not match the one on my application receipt, so I am very skeptical and probably won't call back. They have my email address, so they should also contact me that way if it is important.

They have left multiple messages with no company name and wanted a call back to a different number than what appears initially!
