charged my debit card .01 like it was fishing, have no idea who it is. When called it says mailbox full, no name or anything

I got it too, my account statement says it's from a company called Datacheck.  These scams really get me chapped, do it to a million people and you've just rounded up $100,000

Just checked my credit card and DataCheck 888 877 8417 Kirkland WA took a .01 off of it. I hardly ever use the card but, a few nights ago I used it to order a trial foreclosure cd from bargain.com and I specifically told the [***] I wasn't interested in no EASYSAVER OR PRIMETIME scams and he assured me that they don't do that. Any of you find out who this company is let me know! I want my penny back!

what is this 0.1 for & why ? no call a withdraw against my checking accout.

No call, just $0.01 deducted from my checking account.  My wife may have taken the call but I know she didn't talk to them.  Pretty worried about future withdrawals. How can I block whoever it is?  This phone number was attached to the one cent debit, 1-888-877-8417.

same thing happened to me ... just called my bank and had to close off that card and be reissued a new one with a different number. Anybody can get your card number via internet purchases or even just going to a taco bell ... once they get your number they'll send that penny through to see if your account is active>>> after that who knows????? they can then charge numerous charges with-out your consent... always stay on-top of whats in your authorizations in your checking act ..Don't recogonize It ? CONTACT YOUR BANK ASAP...Good luck everybody!

just got 1 cent charged on my account also. same people. DATACHECK? don't know who these bozos are yet, but i'm not gonna quit till they go down. i also am changing my card. and i'm po'd. got through the first time, but the mailbox has been full since. got my bank checking it out too. i want somebodies a--.

I have been receiving calls on my cell phone from this number: 877-331-8194 and get the recording. Don't not hang up we have been trying to contact you about a criminal or something investigation... in the courts.  I call the number back a few times from a land line phone... I get a lady who answers Data Check... I ask who this company is, and she'll replys back Data Check... What does your company do?.. she replies back this is Data Check can i help you.  I ask what is Data Check.. she hangs up.  I called a few months back inquiring the same.  I just get the same lady saying Data Check.  When i question what this company is, she hangs up.  I don't have any payments due to creditors, nor do i have a criminal investgation regarding me or a family member.  This company is a scam!  I'm not sure what they are up to.  I have not seen any charges on my bank account or credit cards.  But would like to know if anyone else has had contact?
