I've been getting the calls too to my mobile.

I looked up the Corporate Attorney

I emailed Michael Marder michael.marder@gmlaw.com and described the ileagal practices that Westgate Resorts are using.
"Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations prohibit telemarketers from using automated dialers to call cell phone numbers. Called today, have received calls from them before.  Asked repeatedly for them to remove my cell phone from their database.

These peoples have been calling since yesterday and they don't leave massage's this is a company and it's very unprofessional on there end and when part of your job is to answer this phone and when you pick it up it has nothing to do with work!!!! STOP F*%#$&! CALLING this number!

I am receiving calls from this number both at home and at work.  Often 3 or 4 times a day.
My home number is on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

Yea I just got a call from them.  Didn't leave a message and won't answer a return call.  O well.

Got 3 calls so far today from this number 1-888-879-0066, did not answer it.
Found about the caller based on google search info

Calling 3-4 times a day for the last week.  No-one on the other line...

So everyone is in the same boat, getting calls multiple times a day, eating away at the minutes... everyone is up here complaining.  Has anyone found a resolution to the problem is my question?

This is some BS, I just ignore the calls.

Repeated calls tom cell phone. I setup my phone so I ignore it and recieved 6 calls in 2 minutes. No statement when I answer the number.

I get calls from these people at least 5 times daily on my cell. It's annoying.. really

they keep calling me and i keep missing it.... it's getting really annoying!!!!

constantly call my home number. Sometimes they let message pick up. sometimes don't respond when I answer.

i just got a call too.  if someone you know has a timeshare with them they give them your info and they call and call and call to try to get you to set up a vacation with them

Had an unsolicited phone call from this number on my cell phone today.  To my knowledge, I have not provided my cell phone info to these folks.  Could I have unknowingly agreed to allow my personal info be used by others in some kind of "fine-print" agreement for another merchant or on-line business???

this person has called my ell phone which i have no idea why.. i dont give out my cell phone number to random people..i would like it to stop asap

I've been getting 1-3 calls daily from this number for the last two weeks. I never answer numbers I don't know so I don't know who's calling because they never leave a message. I tried calling the number back and only got a busy signal.

My phone has rang twice today from them. I dont answer unknown numbers so I googled it and noticed this thread. Ill keep pushing ignore on my cell phone for now. Dont know what else can be done.

I,too, had received dozens of calls from this number.  I called the Florida Better Business Bureau (800-275-6614, 407-621-3300).  The BBB sent me a letter today (6/28/2007) with the copy of an e-mail that was sent to them from Westgate Resorts.  The e-mail states that there was a "source error" (yeah, right) with their DNC (do not call) list and the problem has been resolved.

Apparently they have not fixed their "source error".  I received a call from this number yesterday (6/28/2007).  Reported to DoNotCall.gov.
