Debt collection agency calling me about a bill. I don't have any money they can get in line.

Fake Scam Collection Agency - Remember NO ONE WILL EVER WARN YOU IF YOU ARE BEING SERVED. This is a phising scam!

No, this is an extortion scam.  They want money.  Money spends immediately.

I work as a receptionist. "Tony Waters" called the office and stated we had a complaint filed against our management and required immediate action by calling this number and to bring documentation including ID. Came across like he was serving papers without actually doing so. Did not follow proper protocols so I suspect this is just a scam.

Left a message saying he was Tony Waters with F & F Management. Claims this "is in reference to a complaint that's been filed against you" and talks about being prepared to provide them "... valid ID upon delivery of documents..." It does not identify anyone by name in the message. A real issue would identify who they are trying to reach. The rest of the message is scare tactics to call back or else further actions will be taken. I will not be calling them and I'm marking them as a scam on my phone scam blocker.

On May 20th @ 6:38 p.m. I received a call from someone named Tony Waters about a complaint filed against me.The number that he called from was 858 301 6688. On today he called again at 1:32 p,m. from 858 788 3919 . I do not know who he wanted to speak to. He always leaves the call back number as 1 888 881 4241. Is this a scam or what .

Left a message stated that he has tried several time contact today if I don't call document s will be going to the sheriff office to file a suit and also mailing and faxes paper work to my job to be garnished they never said who they were looking for this is a big scam you won't get money out of me

Got the same exact call today.

I've been receiving phone calls from F and F Management for the past few months. Same voice each time but gives different names. They never said who they're calling for, just that complaints were made against me and to call them back and be prepared to give them identification so they could give me documentation. All phone numbers used to call me were spoofed. I never answer calls from phone numbers that I don't know so each call went to voice mail. Last voice mail was left a few weeks ago and they were threatening to take it to court and were going to email my employer to have "strict action" taken against me, then went on to threaten wage garnishment. All this just to give me one last chance to call them at 888-881-4241 to let them know my intentions.

Same as all the others! The message started before my voicemail even started recording so it was obviously a recorded message. Threatened the sheriff and also sending documents to my job. Some people suck!

Scam collection call. Always call from a different number today was 207-977-2838. Same old message. Scam collection agency usually making up some payday loan story.

The number just called me and said the same thing!!! Freaked me out at first but then I thought... Wait a minute, let me investment this. So glad I read your comment. WHAT CLOWNS!!! SCAMMERS!

He said that if I didn't call back in the next 24 hours they were going to get a summons and send me Court appearances and also a lawsuit I really got scared  at the moment, I almost called back then I realized that this was done to me before years back... I have enough problems as it is with my house burning for someone to call me and say such absurd things they were going to send police to the house and send emails to my job! If they really knew me,  they'd know I am a retired woman and a widow of an Army veteran. What a joke.... How desperate can someone be for money to bother someone that has so many problems!!!

I received a letter in the mail saying they were from mustang advisors offering me alone. Now they keep calling me from that phone number saying the same things.

Got a call from 561-282-6440, I don’t answer unknown numbers so he left a voicemail.
Basically saying this was my final notice with my docket number from “their company”, that my case was now marked as a refusal to pay & they would take legal actions against me including contacting my job and garnishing my pay (I’m on disability so what job?), and that I had 24hrs to contact them back to try and get it situated. To call back 888-881-4241.

I kinda felt from the first time listening it was a scam, but only the court part made me nervous. However it was so board, like not listing their company, who was calling, or who they were trying to contact. Or what the payment was for, I won’t be calling them back. I assume it’s like when people get ahold of emails and send scam/ spam to random people to see who will reply.

I had a message on my voicemail threatening to have a Sheriff serve papers on me if I didn't call them back today to pay the debt. He never said my name, no reference number or contact person. I blocked him as a scammer!

received a call from 657-288-3880 and they left a message exactly as the others posted below and provided this 888 number for call back.  no company, no information, nothing......it's clearly a scam and i'm not calling them back
