This is an automated message left at my work number for the last couple weeks stating that my account is past due and asked me to call or login to their website to pay it. That's rediculous as I know I don't have anything past due and I don't know them.

Same here. Automated call about a past due for an Avaya phone system.

The number Avaya is calling in my case is at brand new business. Therefore I assume, one of three things, (1.) The Avaya 888-884-9438 call is an attempt at a scam, (2.) Or, the call is related to the past owner of this same phone number but now owned by me. (3.) Or its a mistake, which I believe is unlikely. So there is absolutely no chance I owe a debt.

This automated call has been calling our company a couple times a week for the past month or so and has not business here. Not sure how to end this but now when I see it, we just ignore it. I hope Avaya straightens it out soon.

we've rec'd it on our cell phone. I am going to report it to the BBB.
