Actually, I received a letter saying they could prevent forclosure on my home- success rate of 98%. What losers- my home isn't any where near foreclosure!

I got that same letter, I am working to restructure my loan with my loan company how I got on their list I do not know. I figured it was a scam but this confirms it. gotta love the internet

We received the same letter.  Did a check of this company, United Financial Services Group, they are not even licensed in our State to do any mortgage related services.  In their letter, they stated "each lender has different qualifications and guidelines.  We not only know how to get through to your lender, but also the exact income and expense ratios the lender uses to determine if you qualify."  The fact of the matter is there are hundreds and hundreds of lenders in US, it is impossible of any company could know each lender's qualification guidelines.  On top of that, there is no physical address in the letter or any local phone number.  Also, read the fine print at the bottom of Page 2, it stated "all borrowers must be qualified and approved under the lender's current underwriting guidelines.  Rates and terms are subject to change. Ask to see our written guarantee for details."  What a scam!
