888-888-0003

First my calls started out the same for the past few weeks with the 888-888-8888 number, then it changed to the 0003 number.  I finally picked it up and screamed HELLO, and the lady on the ohter end said my first name.  I yelled back, QUIT CALLING, with a a few choice words in between. There was a slight pause and I heard murmuring in the background and she hung up.  I called the number back and got the same Gary Watcherson message.  That was three days ago and I haven't received a call from then since. (knock on wood).  However if it is a scam I hope I didn't get sucked into somehow by answering the phone and calling it back.....

I had some auto body work done at toyota carlsbad and this is a company they contract with to do "Customer Satisfaction Surveys". I called the auto shop and told them to get in touch with CSI or CNI and atke my number off the call list. I had received at least 20 calls (the same as described). I was getting these calls while travelling internationally - at all hours of the night. The ironic thig is: The work on my car was done well .....and then to have this annoying thing associated with it. I'm not sure how much of my money has been spent on international charges.

I had collision work done recently as well.  That is very strange?  did you have your work done by Gerber Glass and Collision?

I had work done on my car at Toyota sometime toward the end of May.  I just might answer next time and see if that is why the call me all the dang time

Mine was done at Evergreen Autobody in Washington State.

The calls have definitely stopped now. I suggest trying to answer and finish the survey to figure out what company submitted your number. My auto company is very mad (I showed them my call log) and they have to pay the company like $3-4 per survey. I told them I wouldn't recommend their service (even though I was happy with it!) because of the calls. I hope this helps everyone!

Oh yeah, and my cell number has an area code that is on Eastern time zone but I live in Pacific and they called according to my area code even though the car shop was in Pacific. That's why my call was at 5am. Ugh.

888-888-888, 888-888-0003 and 800-393-4533 are the same callers.  They are not in violation of the do not call registry and hanging up is not considered harassment (by respective authorities).  They'll call you nonstop until somehow both you and their rep end up on the phone at the same time for the survey.  Best you can do is call the place where your car work was done and ask them to contact CSI and tell them to stop calling you.

If you didn't know who it was, why would you yell at them?  That seems rude.  Maybe if you would have taken 5 seconds to ask the person the reason for the call, you would have found out.  People are ridiculous!

theese people have harassed the hell out of me and just keep calling wanting to send me 7000.00 dollars. Get this they want my bank acct. number or visa number to send it to.  I DONT THINK SO
