- HJSAlso got a call tonight from this number didn't answer. Also Allstate trying to collect for a policy I canceled in 2006 after I was injured by another party that also was with Allstate. Allstate refused to pay on the final bill on the repairs of my vehicle so I canceled them, and had switched my insurance to Geico. Allstate claims that I owe them for coverage during a time that I was with Geico. I think it's time for a class action lawsuit
- cboogyGot a call from them too. I just blocked them through the phone company.

- lauraThis number called 17 times, calling as early as 7am. They called my mother's house and was threatening and rude (I haven't lived at my mom's house since I was 17, now I am 41).
I was getting all the legal and being served threats, only to find out they were harrassing me from a debt in 1990 with Bally's Fitness. I signed up for a lifetime membership, which is illegal by the way, when I was barely 18. I told them the statuate of limitations had passed years ago and they were violating FTC regs by trying to collect on this debt. The guy didn't have much to say after that. I asked him "are we done here?" and he responds with a simple yes.

Cell Stinger (Cell phones only). $5.00
Cell Stinger
$5.00, no hit no fee
You have the cell phone number of a person you need to locate. Cell Stinger is an advanced skiptracing tool that uses browser geo-location features on cell phones and other techniques to locate the phone.
HOW IT WORKS:
The cell phone user receives a series of text messages that are harmless but unwanted. The person then has two options for stopping the texts: By clicking an opt-out link or by calling a toll-free number and entering a special passcode. Either response allows Skip Smasher to obtain location information for the cell phone, notify you, and post the details to your Skip Smasher account for viewing.
HOW DO I USE CELL STINGER?
It’s easy. You just enter the cell phone number of the person you’re trying to locate and click Start. Knowing their name is not required or wanted. Results take up to 24 hours.
WILL EVERY CELL STINGER I RUN GET RESULTS?
To obtain someone’s location, it requires that the person with the target cell phone click on a special text message we send them. If they do not do this, there will be no result. We’ve tested numerous text message strategies and discovered one that has a far greater success rate than all others. This is currently being used. The systemwide success rate for Cell Stinger is 40%. Please note some customers have a much higher success rate, and some much lower due to a number of variables.
HOW ACCURATE ARE THE RESULTS?
Location accuracy varies based on a number of variables. It can range from high accuracy showing the exact physical location to a wider geographic area that is miles in diameter. Results may also indicate whether or not the cell phone was in a moving vehicle at the time of the response.
HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED OF HITS?
You can receive emails, text messages, or both when there is a hit. Use the notification settings page to set these alerts. You can also see results by simply logging into your Skip Smasher account and following the Cell Stinger button on the main menu. Between when a Cell Stinger hit occurs, is processed and customer notification is made, there is a lag time of up to 10 minutes. When a Cell Stinger expires (after 24 hours) you will also receive a notification. Sorry, after a Cell Stinger has expired, it cannot be run again. This is to prevent complaints of unwanted texts at the cell companies.
HOW LONG DOES THE CELL STINGER LAST FOR?
A Cell Stinger is active for 24 hours regardless of how many times location information is acquired. If location information is obtained multiple times, you will receive multiple notifications so that you can see the phone’s updated location. When the Cell Stinger expires after 24 hours, you will receive a notification email and/or text.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS AND THE OLD CELL PINGER?
The old Cell Pinger needed the target cell phone user to call into a toll-free number to have their location information trapped. Cell Stinger also uses new web technology that provides highly accurate geo-location information from cell towers, wi-fi signals and GPS.
DOES IT WORK BETTER WITH SOME CELL PHONES AS OPPOSED TO OTHERS?
Yes, when the target cell phone is a smartphone that is geo-location enabled, it will likely provide highly accurate results. Cell Stinger has been tested extensively on both Droid and iPhone. So-called “dumb” cell phones can still provide location information if the persons uses the phone-in option.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF CELL STINGER?
Yes, it should not be used when the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collections Practices Act) is applicable. This is because the text message sent does not include a mini-Miranda warning that it is an attempt to collect a debt. As with all data products, location information on any individual should not be shared with a third party or client unless their intentions are known to be lawful. For example, if you are a private investigator and a man wants to know where his ex-girlfriend is, that would not be appropriate use because he could be a stalker. Lawful use of this product includes locating witnesses, fraud investigations and legal service of process. We accept no legal liability over your misuse of this product.
CAN I CONTROL THE TEXT MESSAGE THAT IS SENT TO THE CELL PHONE?
No. This is not necessary. Knowing the name of the cell phone user is not required either.
DO THE CELL STINGER TEXT MESSAGES GO OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT?
No. The service holds texts between midnight and 7 a.m. and then sends them out to the target cell phone.- Caller: Skip Smasher Cell Stingerr
