722-480-9162 - hasseled replies to Unavailable number| 4 repliesthanks for you post, I thought I had been singled out....I've eventually come to the same conclustion - Just don't answer. But fact is I didnt know if someone had gotten my number and other other personal information. when you get a text and phone calls you start to believe maybe someone has been applying for loans using not only my phone # but SS# also; I called the credit reporting agencies to confirm that no new accounts had been opened and also put a block on my info at all 3.
I called ATT wireless and after speaking to about 5 different reps at different times I discoverd they can't help at all. '
Another crazy thing is that at least one of these scam artist left valid call back numbers, I call them back and they say they represent a company called 'Beacon' and immediatly they start PHishing for my SS# and other info. they even gave me the name of the individual they say applied for the loans using my phn# 'Morgan Mcullum"....I can't understand why if I have a call back number back to the scam artist where live people answer the phone, I can't understand why law enforcemant wont get involved! These people were Americans with american dialect / accents......these folks really pissed me off!! I have had to turn my iphone off at night to get sleep and cant use the phone as an alarm as I am used to..I'd be willing to put up a couple hundred bucks towards getting this losers brought to justice! - Not MeI've been getting calls from some of the numbers on Unavailable number's list and all of a sudden I got the 888-888-8185 number and I made the mistake of answering. But they asked for someone else. I said you have the wrong number & the woman on the other end said "I'll make a note of it Thank you." I sure as hell hope that worked since they are not looking for me! Now I know how the hell they got my number! I wonder how the other person gave them my number (she probably made up my number & just so happened to work)?

- pissed off| 2 repliesI made the mistake and answered n the guy knew my name and told me i was being charged with larceny n could settle out of court by pating him $556.00 right now with my credit card pover the phone he even gave some supposedly court docket # in told if i didnt pay the police n my state will be coming to arrest me in 24 hrs for applying for a payday loan n not paying from a lender he gave me the name while on the phone i pulled up the site its not a payday loan company its a site that helps you find companies to give you a loan. I told him I will call him back with my cc# but never did when he called me back I told the company he me gave I never got a loan from and I'm not paying him anything. My lawyer would handle it.He began to yell at me and soay you are going to JAIL!!!!!!! I'm contact your local POLICE RIGHT NOW SO MS. GET READY FOR THE POLICE TO ARREST YOU IN 24 HOURS!!!. Well needless to say they police never came to my home , n the call stop for a minute but it seems they have started again I dont answer nor return the VM. They are scammers in are even threating you with going to Jail...He knew my address and last four digits of my social..I immediatly called all 3 credit Burea n put a Fraud Alert with a code they choose on my credit that only I know which was mailed to me in the letter confirming the alert so they cant do Identity Theft..

- Freewind replies to sexy2Yap! They called themselve my road to recovery and they told me what to do so that I will not pay the lenders I loaned from money. Wow, That was greta but when they asked to pay 25.99 and asked me my account number I said "that's not good" and then I closed my phone. Until now they are still calling and even texting but I never answer them.
- kel replies to pissed off| 1 replynot this company but another one has been doing the same thing to me and i asked them the payday lenders name and phone deposit date and all that i assured them i had no deposit into my account on that date or anywhere around that date,, they wanted me or my atty to call them.. or i would have to go to california for a hearing and told me like 4 different charges they had me on.... so i told them to serve the papers to my house and i see them in court.. havent heard from them again.... but they jacked my settlement up to 2000+,, from a supposedly 300 payday loan i told them to kiss my *** hope this eases your mind.........
- JosieI got a call from this number today, around 3. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.
- lscb| 1 replyThis number has called me for the last 6 days straight, several times a day. It is a payday loan negotiation company. The website is http://www.myroadtorecovery.com. They pull your information from sites when you request a payday loan. The unfortunate and dangerous thing about that is, you have probably already given them your social security number, name and address, bank routing number and account number and much more.
