Same here. I called and they asked my name, birthday, but when they asked my income, I said how is that relevant to accessing my account and was instantly hung up on.

I’ve been getting multiple texts a day for the last several days with the same message but a different policy number. I wish they’d stop.

I got the same text message stating my policy is at risk or termination. Different account number (681573138)

Called, they asked if my income had changed, then told me that $381 needed to be paid in order to continue the policy.  When asked for more information on the policy, the call taker hung up.

Smells like a scammer to me.

I reported it to Apple because nothing happens if you report it to the fcc

I’ve been getting the same text & idk if it’s a scam or about renewing my Tenncare cuz I recently had to do that online. Reading these posts it sounds like a scam

Called the number and they asked for what my health insurance is, I said I don’t have any
They asked if I would like to sign up for an individual or family plan
I said neither
They said okay, we’ll sign you up for the do not call list, confirmed my number, and hung up

Open Enrollment Alert!  I've been sent MULTIPLE, MULTIPLE, MULTIPLE text this past week about my policy being at risk of termination & it needs attention now!  To call (888)894-0838 with acct#698868493 to update and/or renew.

I have been getting these messages for the past week, didn't see them until now bc T-Mobile had it marked as spam. I texted the word "stop"  back (without the quotes) and this was the reply message:
"NETWORK MSG: You replied with the word "stop" which blocks all texts sent from this number. Text back "unstop" or "start" to receive messages again."

It is a scam don’t pay attention
