Received a text message from Central Portfolio Control Inc.  It said that this communication is from a licensed Bill Collector.

Have no idea what this is about and I suspect is a scam.  I did not respond and blocked the number.

Well they are a debt collector. You will have to contact them to find out what they want. I'm sure that they will call you from other numbers.

Scam. They try to obtain information from you. Beware.

I received a text from an unrecognized number, so I decided to call it back. When I did, a person answered and asked for my address. When I inquired about who was calling and the purpose of the call, she stated that she couldn't disclose that information until I verified my personal details. Recognizing this as a scam, I decided to block the number.
