I dont know who is calling telling they coming to my job they call 4 to 5 times a day and when ask to have my number removed they get rude.

I received the same call about an hour ago.

I got a call from a lady claiming she was going to deliver me court documents and that she needed to confirm my address. When i asked her who they was coming from she gave me thier number and a claim number. Then she did something very unusual. She hung up without confirming my address. So i called the number and some black dude answered "Claim Office". Well once i gave him my claim number he said that i had a pay day loan and was wanted for fraud in 2008. Well my pay day loan was in 2005 and i paid it off. So he started laughing and called me a lair. I told him he was being recorded and he went crazy. Then i asked him to put his boss on the phone. No better he got all rude and when i asked him for their address he went slap crazy. I can send you an email or a fax number. I told him aint nobody in thier right mind is going to give you their credit card information and they cant even get your address or professional service you scammer.  Then he hung up.

I got a call from 888 894 7760 and she said she would be over intwo days with court papers ona delinquentpayday loan from 2011 that I paid already.She noted it would be possibe to negotiate a settlement to save me thousands in the legal system.I was given a file number.She put me on hold and said the company would work out a plan:they are called Baker and Associates(law firm?)As I questioned he harder she got angry.They are using Baker and Assoiates' Law Fim to scam people I believe.Please be carefulRegards, Markus.

He said he will be delivering to either my home or job on Tuesday Feb 26 but is giving me a courtesy call to resolve. He left 888-894-7760 with a claim number. Since reading y'all post I'm going to ignore this person just like I have all the rest. I'm always getting calls like this and I do not return them because they are scammer.

I too have recieved that same call....phone ID was "Unknown name Unknown number.'  Same MO, I'll call on you today between 12 and 5 and you better be there.  Of course, no one showed up and the phone calls have stopped.  I've reported it to our Police Department and to the Attorney General in my state.  Such a scam!

You are a dead beat scammer...I know this is one of you lazy, no good people that i talked to on the phone. By the way how about you go get a real job that pays taxes to America and not still money from Americans. You should be burned in the furnace.
