Same as the other # preoviously discussed.  Lady calls today 2/26/13 saying she is a server & she will be at my work on Thursday to serve me with legal papers.  She also called & left a lengthy detailed voicemail stating all of the same on my husband's cell phone.  So, I bit & called the number and simply asked for the name iof the business I was calling and after a minute of an argumentative a$$ on the other end was finally told Baker & Associates.  When I asked where they were located, he refused to tell me & would only say "look lady, you called me & if you don't know, I am not going to tell you because I don't ahve to: So I hung up...but after an hour I called again, gave the reference number - was told in the file wa a warrant/lawsuit for a hot check and fraud against a lender.  I advised that they were misinformed and requested their location (city & state at a minimum) to which of course the guy refused to tell me. He asked why I wantee it and I said so I could request in writing to stop contacting me.  He again refused and asked what part of him not giving me that information did I not understand, to which I replied, "what part of F**k off an stop contacting me do you not understan" and I hung up!  I KNEW it was a scam all along but wanted the DANG address so I could 1) notify them in writing to cease blowing up my cell phone & work phone and 2)be able to report them appropriately.  Oh well, I have found my silver whistle & as soon as I leave work today will be calling them & as soon as they answer will blow as loud as I can!

I am getting the same call.  Did they ever come serve you?  They are calling my cell, work and parents house threatening me with papers.

I got the same call last week saying they were a carrier and coming to my house. Callled the company at this number are trying to get me to pay a settlement amount what do i do i think its a scam

I got that same messages. And i just changed my number she didn't leave a name its a scam because no servers would contact u and threaten you im reporting this to the fbi this is crazy

Received same call. Called back and asked for name of company. Baker and Associates. Threatened to show up my job on Friday. Did anyone have them show up? I've had scammers call before with same threat.
