called about time share and i don't have any

I got a letter in the mail that had this phone number on it "Call 888-895-6139 today!" the letter content says We are pleased to inform you that you now qualify to permanently eliminate all future timeshare maintenance fees.
This includes but is not limited to your 20136 maintenance fee bill. certain restrictions will apply.
We have made several attempts to contact you. This may be our last attempt . Your account reference number is 072586.
if we do not hear from yo soon we cannot guarantee qualification. '
please call 888-895-6139 at your earliest convenience

I received a letter, same as above. We do not have and never have had a time share.

Received letter stating that we now qualify for permanently eliminated timeshare maintenance fees.  Said to call this number by 2 17.17.  They called themselves Winterfield Funding, 3436 Alemeda Street, suite 234, Ft. Worth76126.

If you get a letter, AND your phone number is on the Federal Do Not Call list, then simply file a report with your local law enforcement, and State Attorney, providing a copy of the letter as well. Their letter is their confession they have called your phone number, evidence that can be admitted against them, and hopefully we shall see them shut down and the owners appropriately punished. I have successfully had businesses shut down, but you have to have the evidence. File a police report and your telco will put a trace on incoming calls and work directly with law enforcement, but they need the police report number.

Received above letter. I also do not own a timeshare. My letter was out of Santa Ana, CA. Different phone number. Figured it is a scam and looks as though it is.

Received letter from Winterfield Funding stating I have a time share, I DO NOT. Said they had called repeatedly. That number was different also. The number on my letter was 888-347-9298. When I called that number they did not answer as Winterfield Funding.

They have several new phone numbers to call back to: 888-347-9298, 888-295-0763
The message is still the same as above, eliminate your time share maintenance fees.

I received a letter with the exact terminology except the phone number to call was  888-347-9298, my account reference number was different and the name of the company was Winterfield Funding. I thought it was a scam and did not respond to their unsolicited letter.

Got the same letter as above.  the phone number was 888-427-2540
nothing but a scam.

Also got the letter for FINAL NOTICE...from Santa Ana, California....glad I looked it up before I called them.

Got same letter, different #. No timeshare! Crooked people everywhere!

Received same letter with phone number of 888-323-9217. I do have timeshare. but would not deal with someone like this.  My letter came from Ft. Worth, TX.   Checked online for Winterfield Funding and it comes up Cendera Funding .

Same letter with phone number 888-290-1831. Winterfield Funding, 130 East Alton Ave., Santa Ana, CA 92707.

Sounds like a virtual office

I take care of an elderly gentleman and trying to sort out his papers/life. He got the same letter with above number. Glad I looked in here. I thought I tcwas orobably junk/scam.

I got the exact same one today  4/14/17- same phone and address- but I do own a timeshare and have always subscribed to the saying that "if something is too good to be true..."
