Voicemail transcript: "This message is for (my name). (0:03) Certified documentation will be dispatched out to your location regarding a range payment due to a failure of contact for docket file number XXXXXX. (0:11) This is the second attempt.
If any changes need to be made or further details need to be regarded in this complaint, contact the issuing office at 888-899-4354. (0:20) Failure to contact may result in adverse decisions being made on your behalf. You've been notified."
I called the number and the person who answered said they are with ADR. They refused to tell me what they do and I should go look it up online.

I got pretty much the same message as the last person. It was a female (Shirley Marshall maybe?) speaking about a second attempt to contact a person named John (not my name) regarding a docket, something about dispatching to my location, and to call back number 866-408-0823. The message ended with "You've been notified".
There was never a first call attempt and the voicemail sounded scripted, and pretty much word for word what the previous person said. Seems fishy and I did not call back.

Claimed I had a credit card from 2018 I didnt pay and they are putting a lein on my house and they have sent many letters to attempt to collect. Is this a scam? They said they couldnt send me any certified mail.

Hi. I just got a very similar voicemail from this number. The call back number is different than the one you posted. Did you ever find out what this was and if it is legit?

I just received a similar message. Said name was Elaine Marshall and it was a second attempt to deliver papers??? Gave a file number and everything and at the end stayed “you’ve been notified”.
Did anything ever come of this? Is it a scam?

I got this call yesterday:
