- PJI started getting calls from this robot woman stating they were a debt collection company, Transworld Systems. The recording says to call Kelly May and gave an ID code. Not sure what this was regarding, I went to my bank and had my credit report ran. They are no where on my credit report whatsoever. Sounds like a scam.

Credit collector. - T WilkAs someone with a stellar credit rating I knew I wasn't past due on any bills, yet here was this
recorded voice leaving a message on my machine about being a debt collector and
making it sound as if it were about me owing someone. They asked for you to return
the call, gave the number and an "access code". I hit my caller ID button; it
said "TELEMARKETER". Is what they're doing legal?
It's just like the call I got last night from "Williamsburg Plantation Properties" wanting to
discuss the $200 worth of gifts I'd won at the pet show I went to last week.
She insisted she had to interview my husband and me at the same time "to explain
our prizes". SHEESH!- Caller: Called themselves "Transworld"

- Bklyn98Received a call today that showed up on my caller ID as Telemarketing. They left a message on my answering machine claiming to be a debt collector and asking me to call back. I will not call anyone fraudulently representing themselves. Also, I don't owe any money. If someone thinks I do owe money they can send me a letter in writing with all the required information in an official manner that can be verified.

- CarpieCheck out the FDCPA. http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0149-debt-collection. Leaving a message this is a debt collection company and then leaving personal info is also a violation. Refer them to the FTC.https://www.ftc.gov or CFPB. thehttp://www.consumerfinance.gov. I have followed these steps many times after having Identity Theft. It works. Good luck out there.

- BillyMThis is just another number related to NCO and Trans World, the largest, most fraudulent debt collectors in the universe. We don't owe anyone a penny. The mortgage is even paid off, along with all of the kids' college loans. So why are they constantly calling, using an ever-changing circle jerk of tie-line numbers? Blocked!
- Caller: NCO Financial
- Call type: Debt collector
- Fed UpIf the call is really from NCO Financial, they are one of the two biggest fraudulent, harassing debt collectors in the world. We don't owe anyone a penny, so it is beyond me why NCO and Transworld keep calling, and calling, and calling. Bunch of pervert scammer mad dogs, as they don't get the hint that all of their calls are blocked, even though keep changing numbers (including using spoofed numbers in my area code). Despite the fact that they have paid tens of millions in fines to various states, these rabid animals are still operating. A pox on them!

- XanderI got yet another call from these thieves. They work a scam where they call from any of a dozen numbers and leave a message to call back at their 888 number and provide a "case" number.
They claim you owe money to a major hospital in you area code, and that they need your personal information - Name, Address, date of birth and SSN (all your personal identifying info)) to verify your 'account'.- Caller: NCO/TransWorld
