Who is this?  they say they are going to file a case in my district.  I am now on notice...

I also just got a call saying I've been offically warned. I don't think so, I don't know these people are but I'm not going to respond. My brother is an attorney and I'm going to talk with him about this.

This idiot called me saying the have a case filed against me. Gave me a Case# and I told him I would verify through the local court system...oh ummm the case hasnt been filed yet! Dumba** i filed bankruptcy so if it was legit im covered!

Same here , but they somehow got my brothers in-laws and told them that I was officially on notice of a case being filed Friday in my county.  How they got their numbers or that they are related to me is a mystery to me. Tried calling them myself and guess what. No answer , even checked # with BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU not recognized.  Be calling my law and filling on them myself.

Got a call and with a "case number" said it was from a PDAY loan company not paid and that if they filed it would go from 1200 something to an additional 1500 dollars... will be calling my State office today.. did call my local court nothing has been filed.. even read to me the "statute" of law of fraud I had been charged with...
