Text Message left on my Cell phone saying Chase bankcard is frozen.  Message is from news3088@messaging.sprintpcs.com

Yup, I just got this too. So did my husband. The messages were from news1226 and news2335@messaging.sprintpcs.com. The message said our Chase prepaid card was frozen. We have no such card. Phishing?

Just got a text from alert7960@messaging.sprintpcs.com telling me to call this number about a prepaid master card being blocked...I have no clue what this is about.

Its a scam. I just got off the phone with CHASE. do not call this number or give any info.

Just got a text form news4481@mesaging.sprintpcs.com. Chase-Prepaid-Card.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Forzen. Call at 8889008455.

I have no such card. Scam?

Also just got a text from sprintpcs messaging about Chase Prepaid Card being frozen.  I don't have such a card.

Just received a similar message from news6553@messaging.sprint.pcs.com regarding a Chase pre-paid card being frozen. They recorded message asks for credit card info! This is a scam. Do not give out any info!!!

clearly a scam.

I received a text message on my cell from "NOTICE 9043@MESSAGING.NEXTEL.COM" and it also said JP Morgan about a debit Chase card saying it was suspended...I made a few calls and found out about the scam and I hope these people do get caught. They're using random numbers to call people as my sister also got one with a completely different number. The number they called from or I was to call back is....702-553-3275...Please note: this is a scam

yep I got one too I smelled the BS a mile off, but what bothers me is how they got my number for one thing and second how they got the correct bank name which I go through.  An employee of either I assume I find it mildly disturbing.

got text message from alert 9656@messaging.sprint it stated that notice;jp-morgan-prepaid debit card. 511182xxxxxxxxx frozen call at 888-900-8455. 1st off I do not have a prepaid debit card from jp morgan 2nd i called number to find out what was going on but got automatic voicemail for a Mike Gasoline. My younger sister & i share a sprint plan & adv. her not to call number or give any info & last time we went to make our sprint payment i alerted them someone is using people ph # & getting credit info. as a scam
