A person from this number has a history of calling people and trying to get money from them lieing and saying that they have unpaid loans.  His calls them at work and screams at them on the phone. He also is known for wanting to speak to their managers and corporate managers.

This phone number is calling and harassing me threatening Criminal charges. They say there US National Bank. Then Impact Business please I need to report this 1888 909-6789.

The man that is calling from this number is giving the name of Benjamin Marshall and he's calling my job and sating that I own money from an unpaid loan from 2004. I receive calls from him at least 3 times a day. He yells and makes threats and refuses to give me any information about anything. I told him I was going to notify the police and he hung up on me. Let's try to get this guy. Don't send him any money.

This number just called and left me a message at work stating that his name was Ralph Morris and he had a time sensitive matter to discuss with me. He was screaming into my voicemail at work saying he must hear from me today. I will not call him back now that I have read what comes up for this number. I have been scammed once before and do not want to have to deal with this again. I did call with a blocked number from my cell phone and a lady answered stating it was US National Bank. I hung up.

I was told by my boss at work that it is against the law in the state of Texas to call and harass you at work about outstanding loans.

this person called me today saying i owed an outstanding loan that accrued interest to $2105.  they are not legit

I HAVE BEEN GETTING CALLS AT WORK FROM THIS NUMBER THEY ARE REALLY NASTY SAYING THAT IF I DON'T PAY THIS LOAN I WILL BE ARRESTED LETS GET THESE PEOPLE

Would not confirm name of company when called.  Would not discuss account when called.  Ms. Carin only wanted to take my name and number or she hangs up.  I had to fax her a letter of representation which I did.

Company purports to be US National Bank trying to collect on alleged unpaid payday loans.  Uses threats of lawsuits and arrest at place of business which violates Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

Help!!! I sent them money - what do I do?

I received the same type of call and spoke with Shawn Robinson, Michael Sinclair, and the first caller was Sam Johnson, all of whom sounded like the very same person. They were rude and making the same sort of claims as stated in all of the other comments. They also spoke with someone at my job ranting and raving that I am in big legal trouble and they needed to speak with me immediately. They made threats that I was going to be arrested that very day. When I asked for the name of the company they would never give it. I also asked for verification, I wanted to see some proof, but they refused. One person said that they were from the Financial Crime Prevention Division and another said it was the Financial Crime Protection Division. I am getting in touch with a lawyer because these people need to be stopped.

the number they left for me was 203-672-2114 I later found out, from some investigation that they are from Christian, Nicholas & Assoc.

If you used a debit or credit card report it to your bank or card company they should be able to help you

I Have been getting this same call from Mr. Shawn Robinson today at work stating he is an investigator and also from the Financial Crime Unit. I asked him what is this regarding he refuses to give me any information. Then 5 minutes later he said this is a payday Loan. He was threatening me with an arrest and saying they are going to pick me up this sounds like the same kind of Scam as US National Bank.

I forgot Mr. Shawn Robinson left this number 203 672-2112.

I recieved a call from this number, telling me that I was facing fraud charges, amoung other things that would be processed the very next day if I did not pay by that evening. The guy on the phone provided me with my social security number, date of birth, addresses and previous bank account information. He said that I had an unpaid pay-day loan (which I had taken out several of in the past) and that I owed about $900 for. I asked for proof that this was my account because I had had problems in the past with people saying I owed them money, when it was not my account. Being a new mother, and fearing jail time I agreed to pay and he agreed to put a reciept in the mail. When I called to get a reciept the number had been disconnected. The new number for them is 1-888-524-4553. I called several times today and recieved no answer. I am not sure what to do!! Any advice- they have my personal information!

After posting this, I just realized, that the same guy Kea had mentioned called me today- Mr. Shawn Robinson from 203-672-2112, saying the same information. I told him to fax me a copy of the "affidavit" that he had and I would work with him then- he hung up on me. I called back and spoke with the guy at the front desk and asked for his address- which he would not give to me & hung up on me. I called back again and told him he could fax the information to my lawyer and guess what- he didn't!! I think its time I pursue fraud charges!

if you paid him with a credit or a debit card tell your bank or card company that this is a fraud and you should be able to get your money back. we need to report these people to the government and I think to the media so they can do a news story on them to let others know this is a scam.

L- I think that these people should be reported on the news regarding this scam is still going on. It's happening to people all over the United states. They need to be reported to the FBI to let others know they are scam artist. This has been going on since the beginning of this year. Mr. Shawn Robinson is also part of US National Bank. These telephone numbers 203 672-2112, 1888 341-4004, 1888 909-6789 and 1888 954-4111.

The day after Christmas "Mr. Robinson" called I'm sure it was Shawn..he called and told me that I had committed fraud and that I had charges pending at that time.  I asked him to send proof of the debt and he refused.  I also asked him what the name of the company was he was calling from he refused. I ended up hanging up on the jerk he called me at work...he called back and I spoke with him again and I told him I wasnt going to give him my bank info and I hung up on him.  He called back and the 3rd time he was yelling at me.  I hung up again.  He wanted to talk to the owner.  I put him through and he left a voicemail for my boss.  I told my boss what the situation was and my boss took the time to call him back.  "mr. robinson" told my boss that " he really needed to sit down with me and explain what I had done"  My boss basically laughed and during the conversation my boss told him "do you mind if I record this call?"  I guess he want berserk and hung up on my boss.  I have not heard back from him since....I thought it was pretty funny myself.

I have also received calls from these people and they used this number 1-888-985-8877 saying the same things as mentioned above and I also made a payment. Today I talked to a lawyer and a police detective and I am filing a complaint tomorrow with my local law office. The person calling me used the name "Investigator Fernandez"(woman) and I also talked to another guy Mr. Morris and they are saying they are from the "White Collar Crimes Unit". When I called the number back they say front desk and I asked for the department the lady said this is she and I said I thought you just said front desk and she said they answer the phone for alot of companies.

I received a call from a different 888 number and was transferred back and forth between "investigators" one of them named Fernandez, was told I face criminal charges and that my balance was over $4,000, then it was down to $3,000 - I was told to get this money "right now" before they went "into a meeting" to download my name for criminal charges.  Anyway, the long and the short of it was, they told me to sent $100 to put a hold on any "criminal charges".  I sent it through my debit card - I got a log of the transaction the next morning and it was reported $130.00 was taken out instead of the $100 on which we agreed.  I called the phone number listed on the log.  The operator gave me the number 888-909-6789 - and said the name of the place was "Chrstian Nicholas & Associates".   I was also advised the call was coming from a "financial crimes" unit of US Bank.

I sent them money, but they insisted that it be MoneyGram only.  Now I understand why -- I GOT DUPED!
