They cannot send anyone to arrest you.  Please do not fall for these junk debt collectors.  They buy debts past the statue of limitations for pennies on the dollar. Do not talk to them or give out any information.  They do not send people to your work or home.  Do not believe any of this.  It is illegal for them to say this. I just received a call today from the 888 914 8766 x 1001 Asst. Phillips when I called back she ask me what number did I receive the call on I told her it was my work number and told her I was not permitted to receive calls at work she put me on hold for a few minutes I hung up and so far she never called me back. She called me at work my cell phone and my husband cell phone I don't know how they would of got my husbands phone # is there a number or address I can report these people to I live in the state of Pa.

You would think a legit buisness would have a legit website. i tried to look up mcg legal services. i looked up matt Russell. couldnt find anything... the message on my voicemal didnt have half the message and didnt say my name or an account number. so it must be a scam.  i thankfully found alll these messages..

Now they're calling from 855-667-4197.  Same scam, same website - mcglegalservices.  Fake address on website - says they're in Cleveland, CA.  Gave the name Mark Collins.

I'm tired of your "company" calling every member in our household attempting to SCAM us out of money for a debt that was never incurred. When we ask where you are, you hang up on us. When we ask for more information about this "debt", you hang up on us. You curse us and call us names. YOU HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO THE LOCAL ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE FBI.

The "business" belongs to a man named George Lovin, age 38, in Buford, GA. His wife, Daniela Lovin, works for an insurance agency. Their website mcglegalservices.com gives a false address. The email links do not work. It looks like a front for a scam.... trying to appear legitimate, but they certainly are not!
