- Resident47 replies to ATTORNEYS WIFEYes, yes, but payday loans are not "hot checks", no matter how much you tiresome shills need to believe the opposite. The operative word "loan" should give you a strong hint.
- Resident47 replies to terryoftedalUse of the term "fraud" implies that your supposed debt constitutes a criminal act. This is illegal per federal and state debt collection laws. Pretty much all the non-shill stories in this thread describe the hostile and illegal tactics of grimy thugs who cannot prove their claims. If Libby's comment from a month ago holds water, any of you taking this agency's garbage can sue for relief, and probably win more than they've tried to collect.

Whether you are called a debtor or some collector thinks you can flush one out, you have rights and options. Many are simple to exercise if you only learn how. You are granted control of how you are contacted, the right to dispute debt claims, and the means to sue violators at low cost. The FTC and the CFPB can start you on your homework. See also if your state laws grant additional or stronger rights.

Harassing calls from a debt collector?
https://800notes.com/arts/KBN5c2IZiAC_wQjKBNRWFA - scam alertThey cannot send anyone to arrest you. Please do not fall for these junk debt collectors. They buy debts past the statue of limitations for pennies on the dollar. Do not talk to them or give out any information. They do not send people to your work or home. Do not believe any of this. It is illegal for them to say this. I am currently suing them with an attorney. Reputable credit collectors do not threaten. Do not be intimidated by them, they hope to scare you into paying them. DON'T.
- scam alert replies to MCGYou are junk debt buyers buying debts past statue of limitations for pennies on the dollar. Through an attorney I found out it is illegal to threaten to arrest anyone. You do not go to someone's work or home. You would be arrested. You need to leave that company before you get involved in a major lawsuit against them. You try and intimidate and scare people, that is illegal. I am suing you with an attorney to the tune of 1000.00 a phone call. If I were you, I would run not walk away from that place of crooks.
- Latoya replies to MCGYour company is the most disgusting place ever! Who calls ppl at 8 am on Friday and threatens to arrest them regarding alleged "Fraudulent check" practices. I don't write checks and you messed with the wrong person. 9999 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland CA...really? That address does not exist in california. So since you want to play games, let's go. I just reported you to the FBI, writing a complaint to the FTC, BBB and my local AG's office. It's one thing when I actually have the debt but threatening legal action on something I never did is unacceptable. People if you get a call from (888) 914-8766 or (404) 419-7383 please report them to the authorities. Warn your family and friends that they might call and definitely alert your place of employment. My family is waiting for your call so go ahead, CALL I dare you. MCG has tried to scam the wrong person. You guys are not even intimidated, perhaps it's because you jerks are calling from outside the US like INDIA!
- katy replies to amosI just received a call today from the 888 914 8766 x 1001 Asst. Phillips when I called back she ask me what number did I receive the call on I told her it was my work number and told her I was not permitted to receive calls at work she put me on hold for a few minutes I hung up and so far she never called me back. She called me at work my cell phone and my husband cell phone I don't know how they would of got my husbands phone # is there a number or address I can report these people to I live in the state of Pa.
- MCG IS A SCAMMER replies to MCGMCG? Mega Crime Girl? How'd you hear about this site? Only way is to have gotten a scamming phone call and google it, but you ain't here under that. BOOSTER! PLANT! SHILL AT WORK. The people here DO pay their bill. We don't pay scammer bills that are not real. You and the scammer are the same one.@$$H0LE.
- DTD replies to libbyReport them to the FTC also. Nappy headed H0ES love to get it with a chain saw in prison from a big amozon woman. ASHY, TOE UP, NAPPY HEADED SCAMMING H0ES. FTC FTC REPORT THEM TO FTC.
- AnonymAny low life scammer KNOWS it's expensive to retain an attorney. So they KNOW you will never get one. So they say this $hit "You or your attorney call me' OR "What's your attorneys number' thinking you will believe it's even MORE real and they scare you into sending them money...Well... I just happen to have a LAWYER in the FAMILY for FREE!!! And when I call their BLUFF they got angry and hung up. Don't let tough talk shake you down. You can't be arrested, you can't lose your drivers license, Nobody is showing up at work, nobody is showing up at your home, nobody is garnishing your wages. CARBON DIOXIDE spewing over a telephone is NOT legal. You have to receive a SUBPOENA. You get that THEN the dance begins and it's real. Till then just hang up on them.
Oh and on another note, you 'boosters, plants, shills at work... DON'T bother to write on this site telling everybody that they are NOT fake, they are real and how you had a nice experience with them and you settled for half... and don't try the old 'OH NOW I have a court date-I got served papers" None of that $HIT is going to work unless you give the docket number the subpoena number, the court house the court date and the DECISION rendered for your follow up. This has been done on other sites and my lawyer traced the IP address and found it to be the SAME PERSON AS THE SCAMMERS! And don't bother with the 'ol "OH IF YOU PAID Your bills then this would not happen to you." Rhetoric! This site ain't about who don't pay bills it's about scammers sayingpay them! READ IT BETTER! We paid our bills NOT scammers!

- Fed Up replies to MCGI'm tired of your "company" calling every member in our household attempting to SCAM us out of money for a debt that was never incurred. When we ask where you are, you hang up on us. When we ask for more information about this "debt", you hang up on us. You curse us and call us names. YOU HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO THE LOCAL ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE FBI.
- Laughing at MCG replies to MCG| 1 replyThe "business" belongs to a man named George Lovin, age 38, in Buford, GA. His wife, Daniela Lovin, works for an insurance agency. Their website mcglegalservices.com gives a false address. The email links do not work. It looks like a front for a scam.... trying to appear legitimate, but they certainly are not!
- Laughing at MCG replies to Laughing at MCGFirst name is Gabriel, not George (my bad).
