This number from One Main Financial has called 15 times over the last three days.  I have no business with this company and after this annoying and very persistent HARASSMENT I would tell my worst enemy never to do business with them.  This number is blocked forever and I hope everyone reading this post does likewise.  One very annoyed American!!

They said they had a case against me because my car collapsed and had to buy another one.   When I called them with questions (. I had no clue what they wanted ).   The insurance agaency already gave them what they needed.  They accused me of harassing their staff and will call the police I call or go into a branch.   But they continue to call me.  I called the police and told them what happened and got it in writting.   He called them as well.    Can I sue them for breaking the law.   They disobeyed law enforcement.

Call the police.   Get a detailed report and fax it to them.  If they call again have the police call them.  I did this.  There is a police department that specializes in this.  And do yourself a favor.   Stop payments to them.  You do not want there business.    If they call you they will be violating law enforcement     Watch how fast the calls mysteriously disappear.

They are dumb.   People like that don't KNOW anything.  All they have left is your emotional reaction.   Same problem here.   I act stupid when they call and start asking them stupid questions.  They act real funny when you offer them your car as collateral.   Start talking about that.  You will frustrate them to death.     I'm delivery you can easily tease more phone calls from what you say.  Save the call log.  There is a Lawer where you can sue from $500-1500/call

Replying to a 5 year old post with the expectation of them seeing your reply?  Why?

Calls everyday, I answer everyday, then they IMMEDIATELY hang up....everyday!  I have an account I am trying to settle with One Main so i can finish the final piece of my debt settlement and start the rebuild process AND THEY WONT TALK TO ME!!!  Seems a little ironic that a debt collection company is the one that is difficult to get a hold of.  What is the point??  What bother calling if you're not doing what you're supposed to do, ESPECIALLY when the debtor IS READY AND WILLING TO PAY??  Worthless..
