They said it was CPS

I received a call from this number as well and it is very vague looking for a robert. My name is Joe and I have been notified that SOME contract is pending review. Legal assistance.

I am not sure who the caller is.  They gave a name of Patricia with CPS

Scammers, debt collectors and telemarketers make up phony names all the time, so it could be anyone...even a wrong number.

Recieved at message from this number and they stated that they've been trying to reach me numerous times on the phone and by mail.  When they call they dont even say who they are or where they're from. I dont know who they are.  This scammer game is ruthless and ridiculous

This number calling me I don't know who this number about my name being name red flag and SSN for what ? I haven't did anything..So.dont know what's going on .

“Hi good afternoon my name is Jonathan I represent the finalization apartment here _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ to capital it is important that you understand that your name and Social Security number has been read slang for final review regarding the claim that is _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ processed to our office it is important that you contact my office immediately as the final decision must be applied please be aware that a failure to respond will be interpreted as your final response allowing my client to receive the greenlight to move forward again this is very urgent please contact my office immediately upon receipt of this message I can be reached here at 888-926-0249 again this is a very important as this will serve as your final recorded message…”

Left a message:
"Hi this is Miss Chapman, I'm calling from the finalization department here at Advance Capital. If you can return my call before any recommendations are made on your behalf in regards to noncompliance with our client. Direct line 888-926-0249, again 888-926-0249."

Keep calling me at work, saying "saying this is advance capital".

I got the same regarding Advance Capital.  I googled to the company name.. its an investment firm.  Such BS!  You think the scammers would atleast use the name of a real legal firm!

I received the same yesterday ,I’m suspect haven’t done anything sounds like a scam.I got the Jonathan message from the next comment below.

Received a message from Mrs. Chapman from advanced capital saying calling regarding a private matter that does require my attention. Must advise me that their client has given specific instructions for handling this matter in the event that they cannot get the matter resolved. Left call back number as 888-926-0249, however, the caller ID read 757-414-9473.

“Hello my name is Mr. Davis from advance capital solutions we have left you several messages _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ to reach you and been on successful _⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ you _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ give our office a separate instructions for handling this matter in the event we do not us that was contact you must hear back from you directly at 8889260249 889260249…”
