Getting calls to determine my assets...prior to litigation????
I have filed bankruptcy and everything I had was included in that filing.....I have nothing that I need to pay except to the court....these calls kill me.....

Yea some guy names Keith called me, my sister, and my parents house. They tried getting information out of me and would not tell me why they were calling. So needless to say I did not give them any information.

Received a call from this number today. they said they were law firm of Brennan and Wiseman and associates regarding a  was urgent matter  pending litigation.  gave me file # 4076913.  Said to call back immed.   I called back, no answer......

these guys are under investigation.....im going to sue these people they also go by brennan and weisman and vanderbilt and associates.....they are a scam

I received the same call and file number a month ago. They called again yesterday and left the same robo-message. It's a scam

I got a call from this number today, and they called my home and my cell number using my daughters name who is under 18, sayin the same BS so I called and a recording with options to get their acct, or the persona extension, guess these Dum A's don't know that if any courts want you, then you get a letter with their logo, stamp lol so for anybody else getting these calls don't panic, its a joke tryin to scare ppl out I'd their money.

This is a COLLECTION AGENCY:  Brennan & Weisman LLC, located somewhere in Orlando, FL 32803.
It is highly suspect that they either can not or will not provide a direct toll call back number.  It is often difficult to get thru to a live person at 888-926-0934; you are often transferred to a full voice mail box, instructed to call back, then disconnected.
They initially called and left message via an automated call. It took hours to get through. They were calling looking for a relative in another state who has never resided with me; has never even visited this state. They claimed my relative provided my number as a home phone, which I'm sure is not true.
They insisted on a callback this very day from that relative but they would not disclose any details. It didn't matter my relative was in the hospital recovering from open heart surgery.  I told them to remove my number from their file as a contact number for my relative and told them to do whatever they had to do. (I refused to provide a contact number for my relative in the hospital.)
Even after hours of searching on the web, I could not find a full address or listing for this company.  There are lots of job listings for this company advertised but not much else.

Get calls from them but can't get a real person the phone to even get information to send a certified letter to stop calling me since they have the wrong number. I've left a voicemail saying I found the person they are looking for and gave them the number for the county landfill :). I just need to have them stop calling me while working.....otherwise other than that I don't care if they waste their time and money on phone since I don't answer their calls anyway.

I keep getting these calls for somebody else from 888-926-0934..call them back and leave a msg but the calls keep coming everyday??? company name is brenen & wiseman,,operators name i leave a msg with is brian kirkpatrick...i will just keep leaving msgs unless i can find out who they really are,,,then maybe report to authorities???

Checked my work voice message and came across one from a seemingly uneducated caller. Message was intended for someone other than myself (maybe a previous employee?). He provided a case # (4002211) and said I was to return this call "immediately" if I wanted a "fighting chance in this matter". What gave it away was his mispronunciation of San Mateo -- he said: San "MAH 'tee 'oh". Caller's name was Deshawn Kent.

They called my parents, my sister and our house number along with my cell number but can't get them to give me any information as what this is in regards to......Couple of times it went to voicemail to a person named Keith Patterson but no one calls back with any further information....what do I do now? How do I stop them from calling and finding out what to heck they want and what it is for????

Calling with an automated message that states my brother's name.  Saying there's pending litigation about assets and liabilities or something.  Don't know how they got my number connected to his name

Spidey sense went on high alert today, as "Brennon & Wiseman" stated they were hired to conduct an  "asset and liability investigation" and to contact the "prelegal dept immediately" prior to "litigation." ... agressive verbage to inspire fear and throw people off guard...Don't fall for it!  My spidey senses were confirmed when a family member called to share the same message...this person has never been listed as an emergency contact on any financial matters.  The only means of association would have been through public records (marriage) and people search.

Been getting calls from this number too, my kids' phones, hubbys, work....never anyone to talk to to tell them to STOP CALLING.  It is harassing!!!

They are calling everyone in my family for me and I have no clue what for. Everyone says they are out of Florida and i'm in Colorado and have never went to Florida even and now they have been calling my sons phone for my sister.

3/21/13 I am in CA and have received numerous calls for someone not here by the name of Derek, I think. It is hard to hear it. It is a poor recorded voice. No debt issues here. Scam for sure. Any legal action must be in writing, folks!!!
