someone from Judicial Services called from a neighboring county saying they were going to file a case  against me in my county district court - left on cell phone.  when I call back, no answer.  But I called the number they left above, says they are Universal Litigations calling for SSM Group..a payday loan company?? I did not have a payday loan and when I did, it was paid off and I closed the account because they were taking more money than I agreed upon.  I also told the gentleman that I didn't appreciate him calling my work (human resources called and left a message on my home phone saying that they had called them also) How embarrassing.  He stated that they didn't call my work. I told him not to lie to me.  I also asked if they had sent anything written.  He tried to confirm my mailing address.  I wouldn't answer him because they obviously already have it.  I told him I knew my rights and know that this company didn't send anything.  I hung up on him.  P.S. They wouldn't give me their mailing address..hmmm...also I know that usually you don't warn people that they are going to be served, duh!
