Called said his name was Harvey Ross with KK June Associates and their office recieved a complaint at their office and it’s ready to be delivered to me in the next few days. I feel like this is a scam.

Same here, just got the same call, but was for another person.

Unknown number called and left a message with this number claiming they are from Cavalier Courier and will deliver something to me but if I need to reschedule to call the filing party at 888-926-9082. This is a scam. Have recieved several calls like this in the past and NEVER has anyone shown up or has it been a legitimate claim. They asked for one person at the beginning of the message and another at the end.

I just got call, say they are a process server and delivering me a complaint tomm at my home if I’m not home will go to my employer to serve me. I think it’s a scam. Anyone else being told they are being served?

I just got a call said they got a complaint connected to my SSN that would leave their office in a few days. Sounded sketchy to me so I always google the number.

Yep I just got the same call protect against me against my name and social security number. It's got to be a scam, your company name but they talked about an appearance

I just got the same call --- they said to call the number 1-888-926-9082 that I was reported with my social security number....and that I need to call back before they send out something for me to come to court to make an appearance. It was an automated call and i called them BACK from a blocked ID and they said that I had to leave my Portfolio number and they would get back to me.

SAME CALL SAME NUMBER ... said i had to call to talk to them about a complaint issued against me!!!!

They've called me saying, they have some complaint filed against me. I've had several calls from a supposedly courier service.  Advised me if I'm not home or they would come to my work. Same call from a different number a couple of weeks ago.

Yes I just got the same call a few days ago.  I'm not going to respond to it because it feels like a scam.  Not enough info as of what it's about. Just says my name is attached with my social and that someone reported me.

You are correct. It is a scam. A real process server is not going to call in advance to give you the chance to avoid being served. And they aren't going to give you the option to pay your way out of being served. Block and ignore such calls.

I got the same call. First, it was from the 888 number, then a private telling me to call them because there's a complaint against me about to be filed, and I'll have wages garnished, etc.
Also, it's funny how everyone is reporting around the same time. Have these calls not been happening? Very fishy.

I googled Cavalier Currier Services and called them. They didn't have me in their system at all. Even more of a reason I believe this is a scam.

Got the same. Sure it was the same number but the message was broken up said something about employer and security then said see you soon and hung up.

Yes I got the same vm but their phone no was 0000000000.  I didn’t know you could do that.  First of all a process server will not call and let you know they are going to serve you... really

I take it you've never heard of phone number spoofing? Scammers do it all the time.

They threatened me and were yelling at me. Asked for $250.00 plus taxes and “other fees”. She said they will be at my house and to have my ID and the “fees” available upon arrival. Can’t fool an officer of the law.
