This is Wells Fargo Finance.............we have a car pymnt thru them and if you are even a few hrs late within the 10 day grace period of paying your pymnt; they automatically call you & assess a late payment on your acct.  Our pymt is due on the 14th of the month; but we have until the 24th to pay it.....my husband paid it at 4:00PM EST on the 24th & because it was later in the afternoon after the 'computer banking hours' it assessed a late charge to our acct............so that's why we got a call from them.  I called this 888 # back & spoke to a man who explained it all to me.....he asked for my SS # OR my acct # w/Wells Fargo and this is how I found out the above info.  He removed the $39.00 late fee since we HAD paid it on the 24th of the month & our receipt from the bank was dated 1/14/14, but the pymt was to be credited on 1/27/14, the following MONDAY!!  So be aware, if you take advantage of the 10 day grace period......get your pymt in before the bank closes their computers down on the Friday & credits your pymnt for the following Monday, making your pymt late & thus getting a late charge.  This is really unfair & no where on any paperwork do I see that Wells Fargo will do this practice.  I also HATE Wells Fargo and can't wait till this car is paid off & we are finally finished w/Wells Fargo.  I will never deal with them again, ever!

All banks are the same.  Sometimes I think they're in cahoots with the BFFs that we all love to hate (Bottom Feeding Flounders like NCO and Midland).

Agree with above person. Wells Fargo cannot update their records plus they add bogus charges as they want. Try to go to a loan shark before going to WF for a car loan.

I get at least 5 10 calls a day from this phone number.....I never answer them

I keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone ,I dont have any thing to do with wells fargo or any credit cards, and they dont care what time it is when they call, I dont answer any calls if I dont know who its from, and they dont leave any message on my machine.

Keep Saying I Have An AutoLoan Due Yet I Dont Have A Bank Account With Them A Car Or A Drivers License.

Get a call from 888-932-3004 every morning waking me up...no message left. Driving me crazy. How do I stop this?

It's Wells Fargo Collections Department. They called me and didn't leave a message either. I called back and it was them...I do have an account with them but they will get paid whenever I get paid.

Wells Fargo Auto Finance. With today's technology you can block calls from them, but they typically find a different office line to call from.0

Called me today at 3:30 p.m. Said the payment on my car (she knew the make and model) was late. I told her that wasn't possible and that I would call my  husband to check it out. She said ok and asked if I still had the same address (knew this as well), asked where my husband worked, I asked why, she said just making sure everything we have is correct. I told her that I would just have my husband call her, she then asked what my husbands number was and again I told her he would call her. She asked if this was the best number to reach me, I said yes, then she asked where I worked so I said thank you and hung up....payment not late, creepy that she knew what she did but was insistently asking me these questions. She didn't call back. Seemed like a scanner to me.

I get calls every day around 8:00 am, they never answer me.
