Wells Fargo called my house constantly throughout the day and told me to call them back by today in order to take part in an audit being conducted on my account.  The person who called would not leave their name, only their extension of 20099 to be routed to as well.  The person was not talking in a pleasant voice, but rather gruff and hardnose about the call.  I have not called them back.

ITS OK FOR WELLS FARGO TO CALL ME ONCE OR TWICE BUT 4-6 TIMES A DAY? AND WHEN YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE TRY BEING KIND NOT INTIMIDATING. YOU'LL GET FURTHER. I DONT MIND TALKING TO YOUR REPS BUT IF INTIMIDATION IS USED IT WONT WORK ON ME AND I WILL NOT RETURN THE CALL TO YOUR EXTENSION. A LITTLE KINDNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM GOES ALONG WAY.

Web Address:www.amancollection.com    calls constantly.  If you discuss payment with them they come up with an answer that they can not accept that way.      Harass all the time calls phones that I use to harass me.  I tell them over again to just not call that phone and they will not listen even though they say they tape all calls.
