Dazzle White and this # also lead to Clearliftultra.com and Purerezver.com.  and all info leads to Farend Services, PO Box 10276, Des Moines, IO 50381.  In chat they deny all of this. Charged my wife 93.00 before the free sample even arrived.

    Hi there,

Be very cautious with Purerezver.com. They are offering free trial and charge you credit card and subscribe you for their Beauty Club. They do not send any invoice to your e-mail address. The info about subscribtion is under their Terms and conditions which most people do not read. Most people realise that they have been billed for extra $89 for the next month. The phone numbers on the website are invalid and also the email address. Finally I got through today and spoke with someone on 800616081 and asked them to cancel the subscription (I was not aware of being subscribed). They send me an email saying they will bill me for another payment of $85 if they do not get their trial sample back within 14 days. The intention of these people is not to have a long-lasting honest business but making a quick buck by cheating others.

I ordered a "free trial" of a teeth whitening product from an ad on
AOL -- foolishly believed an ad on AOL would be vetted and could be trusted -- right on their home page.  Just received the product yesterday and coincidentally had looked into phone number from Phoenix 623 329 8511 that calls my home constantly.  Learned that the DazzleSmile is a scam and that phone number that calls is trying to obtain okay or more info on you to further rip you off.   Called the company to cancel and got the very complicated instructions on returning.  They said they were going to e-mail them to me but I received an e-mail from them while I was still on the phone with them and there were no instructions at all.  Make sure when you call them at 866 528 6214 that you get the product return number that must go on your envelope when you return product.  If it is not returned within 14 days of the day you ordered it (I ordered on Oct 21 and received on NOv 2), you will be charged $90!!!  Get  a tracking number from the post office and call them back within 48 hours with the tracking number -- then they say they will not charge you.  You also have to call  866 407 -3685 to cancel World Club Fitness  and 866 417 6059 to cancel Weight Loss Resource or they will each charge you for ongoing memberships.  This is a huge scam.  I insured my package and ordered a return receipt as well.  Cost me $24 to do all this plus the $2 they already charged for shipping to me.  Hoping a I will avoid all charges others have gotten

There is also a link at the top of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window. Customer service is our number one priority and we do everything we can to be open with all of our customers. Dazzle White Scam from Jesse Willms company (Just Think Media)

3 steps you can take now if you are a victim of this scam:

    1. Chargeback. File a fraud charge with your credit card or bank and let them sort it out. They have more muscle to go after this sort of crime. Explain to them about all the consumer complaints that are on the internet and "insist" that they do charge-back or file a fraud charge. Your bank or credit card organization has all the tools necessary to find out where the charges are coming from, what business is involved, addresses and phone numbers connected to the charge and etc. You may not know or have access to this information. The banks and credit card org have all this at their fingertips and are obligated to handle the problem that has resulted.
    More info at: http://www.chrismalta.com/scamtip1.asp

    2. FTC. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Their job is to monitor and go after these types of scams. Go to: http://www.ftc.gov/ftc/contact.shtm  or https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/

    3. Attorney General. File a complaint with your state Attorney General and also with the Attorney Generals of Iowa, Colorado and FLorida (where a lot of the phone numbers and addresses seem to be located)
    Contact details here: http://www.naag.org/attorneys_general.php

If you live outside the US, you can file a complaint at www.econsumer.gov

Stop responding, "If there was some confusion about your subscription....."  You should be ashamed of yourselves.  I can't believe someone would work for a company that scams honest and good people.
