threatening phone call about credit

Called human resourse dept at my work. Would not give any information

Strange message stating I had "charges and a claim against me", and I had ONE chance to contact this
un-named mediation firm to discuss.  No other identification made or details offered.  This is clearly sleazy nonsense, no reputable business does business this way.  Ain't it great??

Obvious marketing scheme, not legitamate in any way....couldn't even get my name right on the message, and obviously made from a call center.

They called the human resources at my job and told them I had charges pending against me and I needed to contact them immediately! This isn't funny at all and they need to be stopped immediately!

These people called me four times asking to speak with various folks to whom I have no acquaintance.  The calls were threatening and intended to intimidate.  However, when I pushed back they retreated to a false statement that since they talked to me, the person they are looking for " has been served".  Are there no limits to what people will do for money.  Our business community is seriously lacking in integrity and ethics,

they left a treatning sounding voicemail and stated i had officially been notified and that they would call my work and wanted to confirm my address... FREAKY

Hey call my cell phone, my work phone, and even my 88 year old grandmother.  I have NO IDEA who this company is.  Our local FBI office said that it is a scam, they are being investigated, but the are based out of India.  This is a SCAM!  They are trying to obtain personal information about you to steal your identity.  They threatened to come to my house and my place of employment to serve me and arrest me.  I have blocked them from my cell phone, and I am going to block them from my work phone as well.

They just called me at work wanting my HR message wanting know where they could serve me ????????

410 384 6965 ????  said I need to call 888-959-0097 stop serving papers for ????

You got "served" did you? Then you're not  happy with these people are you? So give us all their verifiable information as it appears on your summons!
You won't supply us with a damn thing, because they (and you) are frauds. And not very bright ones either!

Print out this page and give to your HR Dept - let them know you're being harassed by scammers!

They're scammers - you will NOT be served.  It's a ploy to frighten people into paying bogus debts.  Report the calls to the FTC, the FBI and your state's Attorney General.  If they call back, tell them they've been reported, and that the FBI is monitoring and recording all calls they make to you, at work, cell and  home.  That may help stop them calling.  :)

Had an "Apple Security" breach on my IPhone 6' google  that would not go away until I called 1-888-959-0097. The guy with Indian accent assured me he was from Certified Apple+Microsoft technician and that he was working for Apple to clear the serious threat. He then asked me to connect my IPhone to my computer and showed me 41,000 warnings. Eventually he said Apple could not fix the problem and I would have to take it to 1620 26th Street, Ste. 115s Santa Monica CA. for charge of $339.99+$168.99 to clear the viruses with 3 years network security

On my iPad it stated something about my safari not working and to call the 888-959-0097.... I think they got me, now what?
