I received a voice mail call from above number. Said to press 1 to solve matter now or have my legal represenative contact them with case number. I did press 1 but received another voice message that they were unavailable. Message says the company is Crown Management Services.... Not sure who or what they want but 100% sure it isn't ME!!

It's a collection agency.

Same scenario as above - surprisingly spoke with female there who was very pleasant unlike any other agency that I have ever dealt with and they were able to work out an arrangement for payment on an account that I had totally forgot all about and with being out of work at this time - they worked with me - boy this is a nice change - qoutto's there are still people out there that understand and willing to work with you.
