telling me that they have a case against me

Left a message telling me my bank returned a charge and they want to settle with ne before charges are filed. I have nothing returned on my account. It's a scam to get money out of people. If you have ever taken out a payday loan online, for example thru Cash Call, your informatIon was sold to scumbags like this. Ignore them or answer and dare them to send you papers proving you owe them. Then contact your bank with the info. They will investigate and contact the proper authorities.

Some guy called left a threating message serving papers to my work and home never once did he specify what company he was representing or who and what this matter is about. That is inviolation of the fair debt collection act.

Automated call placed to my office. The message stated that they have an item returned from my bank. Nothing has been returned from my bank. i will NOT respond to these creeps!!
