"Jordan Woods" left a very threatening message on my HR director's phone at work demanding to know the protocol to present a formal claim against me. Referred to a case number, demanded a call back to 888-959-1459. I will nail these fraudsters.

Same thing here thy called my manager and my grandma saying they need my address to serve me papers and called my job wanting to know how to serve the papers but my thing is my address is public record And u shouldn't have to ask how to serve papers to someone's job right?

They are morons and scammers.  If they don't know how to do their stated job, that certainly isn't your task to educate them!  It is against the law for anyone calling about a supposed debt to reveal any information to another person - they did just that when they told your manager and grandma that they wanted to serve you papers.  If you were truly being taken to court, the process server would just show up and serve you.  There is no call in advance.  I would not recommend talking to them, but if you do, try to get a company name and address out of them so you can send them a certified-mail cease communication letter.  They probably won't give you their address, and that's another sign it's 100% a scam!
