I have received half a dozen calls from this and other toll-free numbers in two days.  All have Caller ID showing "ProtectCar".  On the one call I picked up, it said, "Hello.  This is Andrea on a recorded line.  How are you today?"  There seems to be a live person on the other end.  The reason I say that is because when I said Hello, the caller said, "Hello? Oh.  This is Andrea ..." as though she were responding to my greeting.  It could, of course, be a clever recording.  In any case, I hung up after the "How are you today?"  Businesses or financial institutions with which I have a relationship do not start the call out that way.
