they are a total scam!!  They claim to be lawyers in all states but they just want to steal your money for loan modifications.  They want over $2000.00 and they promise that you wont go into foreclosure.   When i called my state attorney general, the state told me it was a scam and they are being investigated.    Report these people to the consumer protection finance bureau.   File a complaint here if they have stolen your money....

Their site went up March 6, 2018 and they used a privacy service to conceal who they are and where they are located.  The address is a Regus building offering virtual offices so they could be anywhere in the world.  There is also a mortgage place called Mortgage Associates, Inc. at that address according to the BBB, but the address on MA, inc website is different.

Loan modifications should be done through your mortgage company and cost nothing but lots of time and paperwork.  Stamps also unless you can either email or fax the required documents.

National Home Advocates also has a picture that is supposed to represent their attorneys dressed in Judge's Robes.  Attorneys are not Judges.  There are no names listed so it is impossible to check to see if they really are attorneys.

I’ve been dealing with Nationwide Home Advocates but some letterhead has National Home Advocates with this number and address.  Thanks for the info.  Haven’t sent them any money so that’s good.  It’s sad people capitalize on others when they are down.
