Dealer Loyalty Protection, Inc. is behind these calls. One has to feign interest in the warranty to get to a point where DLP gets mentioned. Also go by Direct Protection Warranty Services.

I bought a warranty from them to prove that they were the company who was calling so I could file a complaint under the TCPA and Florida Mini TCPA SB 1120 and I got a response from their attorney. All he did was guarantee that I sue his client for violations of the telephone consumer protection act. For the record, if your on the Nation DO NOT CALL LIST you can sue them for $500 to $1,500 per phone call that they make to your phone. If they have called many times trying to sale you a car warranty I would suggest Fighting Back Against Robocallers. The only way they will stop calling is if we use the law that the FCC and FTC came up with to protect consumer's from these companies harrasing you and I.

Wow, advising someone of legal advice that they opposing council gave you?  Advising someone who posted here in June of 2022 and expecting them to stop back after 8 months?  Advising someone when you don't know the difference between the words "sell and sale"?  The FCC and the FTC are Federal Agencies and do not make "law".  Only Congress can do that.  You should have learned that in Social Studies Class if you had paid attention.  I would be willing to bet that you don't even really know the definition of a "robocaller".

Total fraud. Do not give them your bank number. They charged my card 100, and told me it was refundable. Getting the refund seems impossible. They use manipulation as their business model. They are impossible to work with, and definitely illegal!

i had been receiving text instead of calls about my auto warranty being expired which i ignored for monthsssssss . i finally called just to confirm if it was legit and of course i was told it is a real company . and proceeded to get pitched this “amazing” warranty plan for electric and mechanical repairs to be covered 100% at any participating dealership for $99 a month with a $200 deductible and was urged to go to my manufacturer.. and against my better judgment i gave my information and now im scared out of my mind i gave them my address or as they put it “address the vehicle is located at” and my card number which i know my bank will handle that but now im terrified of somebody showing up to my house or something im a single mother with two children .. please DO NOT CONVERSE WITH OR PROVIDE THIS NUMBER ANY INFORMATION ITS A SCAM !!

Got a call from them and they said they were from my current warrenty company (CarShield), they said my plan expired and that I need to renew @ $99.00. I received a packet from a billing company about a week later (MEPCO) stating that my bank account would be debited each month. The contract warrenty shows "Auto Service DEPT" AND THE $99.00 Charge to my account shows same. I contacted CarShield and nothing expired and that these warrenty companies are fraud. I called MEPCO to revoke payments and they say they stopped any future charges. I had to call the Auto Service Dept to cancel contract. They said they would give me the $99.00 back and cancel. I then called my bank as a backup plan to dispute the $99.00 and ensure NOTHING comes out from MEPCO or Auto Service Dept. They did all that and for extra protection, mailed me a new debit card because the companies have my info on file and could still charge. Should be good to go. So pissed, because so many scammers tell you they are from companies that yu currently hold contracts with etc. DO NOT speak to any car warrenty companies. Get through internet or dealer. Total SCAM/SCUM
