Did not answer.  They left no message.

I called back.  It's Charter.

Charter was calling to inform me about offers they had available.

Been getting calls from Charter (which I have for internet) from this number but they never leave a message and I refuse to answer calls not identified.

Caller ID: TOLL FREE CALLER.  Did not answer. No message.

Receiving 1-4 calls from this number per day but they never leave a message. I do not answer unidentified callers.

Callers asked for family member by name, refused to leave message or identify who they were.  Call back to number (blocking my caller ID) found it was CHARTER Cable Company.  Name asked for was account holder.  Suspect solitation to upgrade service.

Left message stating it was a Charter telemarketing call.  Offered in the message to be placed on their "Do Not Call" list if i pressed 1 on my phone (a common trap to decipher which phone numbers are actually in use.)  Due to recent explosion of scam calls, i did not press the number...another blocked bugger.
