Just received a mail that claimed to be DELTA SKYREWARDS, but with no return address, saying that I have qualified for an award of 2 roundtrip airline tickets and asking me to call 1-866-957-5955. I am very sure it's a scam.

I am going to block my phone number and give them a call to have some fun.

Sorry mistype the phone number, it should be 888-986-3384 instead of 866-957-5955. The number 866-957-5955 was on the letter sent to my wife :)

I got one of these "checks" today for $1229.00 requiring me to call 888-986-3384 to "redeem".  I was immediately suspicious that I couldn't just cash the check, so I call Delta and they confirmed that it's definitely a scam.  ***SCAM***SCAM***SCAM***
