This number is linked to Condor Capital Corp who was sued by the state of NY in 2014 for fraudulent business practices (You can read all about it on their website condorcap(dot)com). Despite being liquidated and forced to give up it's license (in NY or any state) to acquire or make loans, it looks as if Condor moved to CA and started over. They have called me repeatedly and left messages asking for someone named "Sarah". I have yet to answer when they call but after learning all this info about them, I may just try and get them to leave me alone.

I agree with the person above they are a fraudlent company they are thieves never answer there call.
