Got a text from a 6 digit number, saying to call suspected number to claim a free cruise. Nope.

The msg said it was from yahoo messenger which I do not use.

"scarlettsnider807: dial us now 888-986-8138 you've won a cruise for 2 ppl F-R-E-E"

My grand-daughter received a txt from this number stating she won a free cruise. I called the number to get some more info.  When "Johnny" found out I was not calling for myself and I was not the least bit interested (I told him I was calling on behalf of my granddaughter to just get info) he quickly said "have a nice day" and hung up on me

I got a message and said it was from a yahoo user I don't have yahoo so when I got the message about free cruise I called and snapped on the woman tellin her I don't know how they got my info but not to call or send me another f***in message and hung up on her ha

I got same text on 4/9 from a MorganMcmahon197 2 call listed # 888-986-8138

I do not want calls from these stupid companies.  They do not have permission to call or text me and I am on the do not call list.  Can I sue them?  This is harrassment!!!!
