    Scammer mailing with what looks like a real credit card.  The 'Credit Card' is actually one of those cards that is only good for their services and/or a scam lending organization that is phishing for personal information.  

    Any FAQ on a company's website that contains a line that the company is 'not a scam' pretty much proves the place is one.

    Even if the company is not a scam, the super deceptive letter and card should be enough to give anyone pause.
