This is another business loan scam.
These people will not take 'no' for an answer. They call over and over with their petty scams.
They refuse to stop calling. They constantly change the name of the "business" they're calling from. Yet, it's always the same people that call.
I'm receiving phone calls from Noel Hillman.
I just want these calls to stop.

Let it got to Voicemail, because caller ID says KABBAGE, I'm like "What the hell is KABBAGE?" It's nobody we know. No message was left. Must not have been important.

Just got a message and the CID says KABBAGE. Don't know that company. Google search shows it's some sort of small business support company. but I don't do business with anyone ike that

Just got a call from this number and the foreign lady says she is from One Main Financial and I am preapproved for a loan... Mind you I have applied for a loan with them but she need my SS number still??? Yeah right... scam!

Two calls today, I answered first call because I do have a Kabbage account but it was scammers similar to the above complaints from Cherry.  Called again 2 hours later, used my call blocker to block this number and future calls.

Recording said my social security number will be blocked if I do not return the call.

They called I didn't answer they left a message said they were from social security and said there is illegal activity on my social security number I didn't call them back and I'm glad I didn't now that I know it's a scam.

They called us again. They tried to get our social security numbers. We then called our local police department to report them.

Some foreign guy called saying someone used my card. I said I didn't have that card. He tried to confirm something. I just hung up. He called back twice. After I didn't pick up, I record a call which showed "spam risk"
Definitely a spam
